About Us
Investment One Financial Services Limited was incorporated in 2008 as GTB Asset Management Limited, a wholly owned Asset Management subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) to undertake the businesses of asset management and securities brokerage. In 2011, following new regulatory requirements, GTBank divested from the Company following a management buyout and the Company’s name was then changed to Investment One Financial Services (Investment One) with the long term goal of becoming the leading non-bank financial services group in Nigeria.
Recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in Nigeria by ALLWORLD in 2013, Investment One is today a leading player in the Nigerian financial services industry with distinctive offerings in wealth management & trust, mutual funds, pensions, real estate, private equity/venture capital, investment banking and securities brokerage.
The Group’s business model is simple: attract investor’s funds through its wealth management, mutual funds and pension businesses; seek attractive returns through its investment management (equities & fixed income), real estate and private equity/venture capital businesses; and provide financial advisory and intermediary services through the investment banking and securities brokerage businesses.
Since the divestment of GTBank in 2012, the Company has transitioned from an asset management company to a financial services group by expanding its businesses in pursuit of its goal to become the leading Non-Bank Financial Services Group in Nigeria and a one-stop investment shop for its customers

Private Banking
Our Private Banking service is dedicated to providing High Net Worth and Institutional clients with distinctive and bespoke wealth management, trust products and services to enable them preserve their wealth, whilst providing competitive returns and ensuring flexibility for their needs. We dedicate time to understand each client’s needs and weigh their risk appetite to offer distinct investment solutions.
Structured Finance & Advisory
Our highly experienced and competent advisory team provide a suite of specialised investment banking services to our esteemed clients, which include private and public companies, governments, statutory corporations and multilateral financial institutions. Our wholly owned subsidiary, Investment One Capital Management Limited services provides financial advisory services, Capital Raising, M&A Advisory and Due Diligence/Company valuation services.
Venture Capital
Our Private Equity/Venture Capital business connects investors seeking access to alternative investment assets with SMEs and corporates seeking longer term capital for their growing business. Through Investment One Vencap Limited, we not only provide capital, we also provide business support services to the growing businesses until financial exit is achieved.
Mutual Funds
Our Mutual Funds business provides individual and corporate clients access to our collective investment management services. Our wholly owned subsidiary Investment One Funds Management Limited is currently the 3rd largest Mutual Fund Manager in Nigeria managing the Vantage Balanced Fund (a balanced fund), the Vantage Guaranteed Income Fund (a fixed income fund), the Abacus Unit Trust Scheme (an equity focused fund) and other retail investment products.
Pension Management
We provide Pensions Administration product and services to individual and corporate pension schemes through our wholly owned subsidiary, Investment One Pension Managers, under regulation by the Nigerian Pensions Commission (PenCom). Our Pension Services are designed to build lasting relationships with our clients based on Trust, Safety and Excellent Service delivery.
Securities Brokerage
Our Brokerage business executes client mandates to buy or sell fixed income and equity securities on the Nigerian Stock Exchange through Investment One Stockbrokers Int’l Limited (IOSI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Investment One Financial Services Limited. IOSI is a licensed Broker/Dealer, Fixed Income Market Maker of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and we are registered on the NASDOTC market as Broker/Dealer to serve both local and offshore clients looking to deal in shares of listed companies.
